All forms are available for download or the Application, Teacher Recommendation, and Personal Statement forms can be completed and submitted online.
Students will be admitted to the program based on an evaluation of their standardized test scores, teacher recommendations, and personal statement.
Students who are accepted into the program will receive a packet that contains a letter of acceptance, class information (syllabus, location, time, etc.), a student/parent handbook, health history forms, lunch information, and payment information. Notification of acceptance will be mailed by Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
A tuition payment of $100 is due upon acceptance into the program. The remaining balance is due by Friday, June 4. Students with an unpaid balance after June 4 will be withdrawn from classes. Checks, money orders, or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) will be accepted.
The $25 application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Tuition refunds will be made only if a student is unable to attend because of a medical emergency or serious medical problem documented by a doctor.
